Goose Lake Prairie area, Morris IL. Dresden Rd near Heidecke lake.
2 to 4 Sandhill Cranes have been present on Dresden (Collins) Rd in the field
just SE of the lake, every day for over a month now.
Webmaster note: I see and hear them frequently from our location across from Goose Lake Prairie.

Indigo bunting came to sit on top of my iron poles near the feeders. Just sat
there looking around, flew off and returned twice.
